Study Abroad

Engage with the world

We believe strongly in preparing you for an increasingly global and technologically-connected world, one where the ability to appreciate other cultures and perspectives is critical for success. Today, more than 60 percent of Union students engage in some type of study abroad program during their time here. We offer more than two dozen term abroad programs and a host of mini-terms (three-week programs during the winter or summer break), many of which are led by Union faculty members. All programs have a strong academic focus. You'll not only enhance your cultural fluency, but may make meaningful contributions to global communities in need through volunteer work abroad.
