Electrical, Computer and Biomedical Engineering Department

ECE History Film Project

Union’s Electrical and Computer Engineering department, with support from the Peter ’82 and Laura Hayden fund, have started the development of a series of short, inspiring films that bring the social context of fundamental electrical engineering concepts and developments to life. The goal is help students connect the broad education they receive at Union to fundamental ECE concepts to better prepare them to understand the impact of engineering solutions in a global, economic, environmental, and societal context.

Our first completed film on Phasors and Steinmetz can be found here.
