International Check-In must be completed in person with Heidi or Robin. Students will receive instructions from International Advising at the beginning of each term via email with a meeting link to book an appointment or instructions about check-in drop-in hours. To complete the Immigration Check-In, you will need to upload scans or clear photos of the following documents to your International Google Drive Folder:
- Most up-to-date F-1 or J-1 entry visa stamp in your passport (Canadian citizens are exempt) and/or
- I-94 Arrival Record from your most recent entry (NOT your travel history)
Check-in will also require students to confirm or update their current information, which may include:
- U.S. residential address (if living in the United States)
- US Phone number
- Email address
- Major
- Program End Date
- Parent/Guardian Contact Information
Failure to check in, report your U.S. local address (your on-campus residence), or update your address within 10 days of moving is a violation of your F-1 immigration status.
