Campus events

The Union College Chamber Singers will participate in performances of Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony on Saturday, April 22, at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, April 23, at 3 p.m. at the Troy Music Hall.

Events begin with the National Day of Action on April 4 and run through Denim Day on April 26.

The College’s Department of Music will host a celebration of Hilary Tann's life on Saturday, April 29, from 2 to 4 p.m. in the Taylor Music Center, Emerson Auditorium.

The internationally-acclaimed writer will give a reading of her recent work on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at 5 p.m. in the Nott Memorial.

The College is welcoming Laura Craig ’69 for a talk titled “LGBTQ+ @Union: Then and Now” on Friday, March 31, at 4 p.m. in O’Brien 117.

A full slate of campus activities is planned in honor of International Women's Day and Women's History Month.

Yulman Theater, Wednesday, March 1, through Saturday, March 4, at 7:30 p.m., with a March 4 matinée at 2 p.m.

Lyndon Cudlitz will facilitate Ally Training 2.0 on Monday, Feb. 13, from 1 to 3 p.m. in Old Chapel.

The College’s celebration of Black History Month in February continues with events that run the gamut: conversations, music, ice games, arts and crafts and culinary offerings.

Hillel is working to promote dialogue among those with differing beliefs and religious and spiritual practices through its annual Hillel Dialogue and Dinner, Thursday, Feb. 9, at 6 p.m. in Everest Lounge.
