Students, faculty, staff and alumni are encouraged to submit art to the annual exhibition, “It Gets Better: The LGBTQ Community at Union College.”

The exhibit, which will take place in the Wikoff Student Gallery in the Nott Memorial from May 10 to June 10, will broadly explore issues surrounding the LGBTQ community on campus and beyond.

Organizers are looking for original artwork in any medium or form, such as painting, sculpture, photography, digital media and others. In addition to exhibition selections, a jury of faculty, students and staff will be awarding cash prizes.

Submissions should be dropped off at the Mandeville Gallery office in Schaffer Library Room 212 between April 16 and 20. For more information, contact Kara Jefts at (518) 388-8358 or Courtney Seymour at (518) 388-6632.
