Corinth teen gets room makeover

A group of Union's Student Leaders In Community Entrepreneurship (SLICE) recently collaborated with Albany Medical Center and the nonprofit organization Healing Spaces Inc. to help a 17-year-old girl who has been battling leukemia. The students raised $3,000 to help give the teen’s bedroom a makeover through a New Jersey-based program called "Healing Spaces," which aims to bring joy to children with cancer and other serious illnesses by creating a unique healing environment in their homes.
