The Kenney Community Center will host its 16th annual UCARE Day Children’s Carnival from noon to 3 p.m. Sunday in Memorial Fieldhouse.

The event gives local elementary school children a chance to come to the College for a day of fun. Clubs, Greek organizations, theme houses, Minerva houses and other groups organize activities and games for the kids, including a Bounce House, painting, crafts, break dancing, games and more. Donations and volunteer efforts fund free lunch and dessert for the young visitors.

"UCARE Day is an event that I really look forward to co-coordinating every year,” said Zoralys Molina ‘13. “I love seeing all the children running around, and it's great how students can come together to give back to the community."

The Kenney Center, the College and local businesses sponsor the carnival.
