Assistant Psychology Professor Christopher Chabris and Daniel J. Simons, a psychology professor at the University of Illinois, wrote a piece for the Wall Street Journal about neuromyths such as humans only use 10 percent of their brain.

Chabris and Simons are co-authors of The Invisible Gorilla, And Other Ways Our Intuitions Deceive Us.

Chabris joined Union in 2007. He earned his Ph.D. in psychology from Harvard, where he was a research associate and lecturer. His book reviews have appeared in The New York Times and Wall Street Journal.
