The spring term Taylor Time! series of concerts opens Monday, April 11 with the intimate sound of a harp trio.
Music by Debussy, Ravel, and Hilary Tann will be performed by celebrated Skidmore College faculty members Jan Vinci (flute), William Hakim (viola), and Elizabeth Huntley (harp).
Taylor Time! concerts are held in Emerson Auditorium of the Taylor Music Center and take place from 5 to 5:50 pm. They are designed as "music to fit your schedule" and offer glimpses into many different musical styles and genres. The harp trio is followed, April 18, by a concert of Indian Classical Music with bansuri flute and tabla. Other concerts include singer-songwriter Sean Rowe, and later a concert of music by graduating senior, Max Caplan '16.
