The College is launching its fourth annual, one-day fundraising campaign, #ADAY4U, on Wednesday, Feb. 22.
The goal of this year’s campaign is seeking 1,795 donors. Each gift will unlock an additional $200 to the Annual Fund from the College’s trustees. Staff, students and alumni will be reaching out to donors via email, phone calls and social media throughout the day.
All of those in the campus community are encouraged to make a donation to the College either online or at Reamer Campus Center. Participants are encouraged to share it to their social networks with the #ADAY4U hashtag. Those who use the #ADAY4U hashtag will be entered into random drawings for prizes.
A limited quantity of winter hats will be given away in Reamer for gifts over $5. Those who give at least $1 will get a coupon from Union College Hospitality for a free coffee.
Last year, Union topped 2,200 donors – the most in a single day in the College’s history - raising nearly $1.09 million in 24 hours.
