The National Restaurant Association has named Roy Jackson '82 executive vice president of development and industry relations. Jackson, a longtime industry executive, recently retired after more than 20 years in various leadership positions at the Coca-Cola Company.
A Union College trustee, Jackson was a member of Chi Psi and spent a term abroad in Austria.
