Earth Week wraps up with several events Friday and Saturday, concluding a week of sustainability education and campus activities.

On Friday, Ozone Café will serve a sustainable meal in Old Chapel from noon to 1:30 p.m. During that time, participants can also write a letter to President David Harris to share the importance of sustainability at Union.

On Saturday, the Union community will participate in several local clean-ups. The first will meet at Marty’s True Value on Van Vranken Avenue, and take participants around Schenectady from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The second clean-up will be at the Schenectady County Forest Trail on Lake Road in Delanson from 1-4 p.m.

For more information on any of the events, contact Sustainability Coordinator Alex Lykins at lykinsa@union.edu.
