Mark Dallas, professor of political science, was a guest on the “State of Play” podcast with Will Todman. The episode, “Are we thinking about tech competition with China the right way?”, is available on the Center for Strategic and International Studies website and can also be heard on Apple, Spotify, Pandora and YouTube.

Christopher Whitehead, the John D. & Catherine T. MacArthur Assistant Professor of Chemistry, published the research paper "Asymmetric Trinuclear Intermediates in Metal Oxo Cluster Formation: Kinetic Evidence for a Two-Step Esterification Mechanism" in the American Chemical Society journal ACS Nano. The article was written in collaboration with researchers at the University of Basel in Basel, Switzerland. The paper examines the nonaqueous formation of metal oxo clusters, which contain six metal atoms and four oxygen atoms. The article offers insights into the atomically-precise synthesis of nanoparticles.
