My Primo Library Account

• Click on the library home page: Choose Primo/library login

  • Union ID holders should choose "Union College (user name only)", enter your Union email username (without @union.edu) and password.

  • Non Union ID holders should choose "Community users", enter your email or Schaffer Library barcode and your password.

• You are now logged into your Primo Library Account, as indicated by your name appearing in the upper right of the screen.

• **Please note – to see your Interlibrary Loan [ILL] items and due dates you must login to your ILLIAD account.

• All Users:
  • My Library Card
    • What I have checked out
    • What I can renew
  • My Requests: What I have requested
  • My Favorites
  • Search History: Saved catalog searches
  • Monies owed
• Non-Union ID Holders:
  • My Personal Information
  • Change Password

• Most items are eligible for at least one on-line renewal. See "What Can I Borrow" for details.
• Some items might not be eligible for renewal. If you attempt to renew such items, a note will appear informing you “renewal not allowed”. Please call or email the Circulation Desk.
