Special Events and Conferences seeks to balance the College’s educational responsibilities with its commitment to cultural, social and economic development of the local community of which it is a part.

Special Events and Conferences is a clearinghouse for all Union College events for faculty, staff, students and the local community. It publishes the campus calendar, a centralized list of all scheduled classroom and meeting space. Department personnel are available to coordinate all event needs such as site selection; catering; scheduling policies and procedures; contract administration; and risk management compliance.
