The troupe will lead a master class for dance students Thursday, Oct. 19, 6-7:15 p.m., in the Henle Dance Studio. The class will be followed by a lecture-demonstration by company director Debbie Blunden-Diggs, open to all, 7:30-8:30 p.m.
Works by 10 senior studio fine arts majors and minors will be on view in the Crowell and West galleries. “Spaces Between Us” opens May 19, with a reception from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
The Visual Arts Department’s inaugural Art Fair will be held in conjunction with Open Studios May 3, 4:30-6:30 p.m., throughout the Feigenbaum Center for Visual Arts.
Sarah Mottalini, Union’s curatorial assistant of art collections and exhibitions, was exposed to art at a young age. Her parents often took her and her brother to museums, and there were always voluminous art supplies around the house.
