AP Test Credits and Course Equivalents

Below is a detailed chart showing the Advanced Placement test credits Union College will award students. Students may submit their scores to Union College and receive credit as determined by the policies below. When credit is awarded for a specific course, for example PSY-100, students will not be able to repeat this course at Union. Each department has different policies and regulations about accepting and processing Advanced Placement scores. The chart lists each department alongside the score required to earn credit, the number of credits awarded, and whether the award is course credit, placement, or both. AP course credits will not satisfy perspective requirements for the Complex Questions General Education Program.
