Academic Affairs new Learning Design and Digital Innovation (LDDI) team (formerly ITS Learning Technologies) is dedicated to supporting Union’s deep commitment to excellence in liberal arts education. Our group provides professional development, individual and team-based coaching, and technology development and support to support our faculty’s vision of:
- interdisciplinary, innovative, and inclusive approaches to teaching that empower all students to have agency and prepare them for the future
- intentional uses of technology, including emerging technologies, to support student learning
- evidence-based learning design methods, pedagogies, and instructional strategies
