Learning Technologies

The Learning Design and Digital Innovation (LDDI) staff offices are located on the first floor of Steinmetz Hall.

Faculty interested in discussing ideas and/or who need assistance utilizing technologies within instruction and/or research should submit a ticket to request LDDI support. This support includes such things as one-on-one technology consultations and trainings (e.g., Nexus, Blogs, Lecture Capture, etc.), assistance with integrating technology within learning activities, and utilizing HPC computing within research and/or instruction.

LDDI staff can consult with faculty on a variety of teaching strategies and technologies. A few of the areas of expertise of our LDDI staff are highlighted below. However, if you aren't sure what you need, all you need to do is contact the LDDI staff at helpdesk@union.edu and we'd be happy to help you conceptualize your instructional design into engaging and meaningful learning experiences for your students!
