Professor Marta Wayne, an evolutionary biologist from the University of Florida, will speak in Reamer 301 at 12:50 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 18.
The title of her talk is "The Tightrope Extends: The Feminist Life of a Drosophila Biologist After Tenure." Wayne’s talk is part of Feminisms for the 21st Century: The Valerie J. Hoffman (’75) 2011-12 Lecture Series.
The talk is sponsored by the Women’s and Gender Studies Program.
