Nominations are being sought for two UNITAS awards.
The Diversity Leadership Award is given every year to a senior who demonstrates an active dedication to activities on campus that support multicultural enrichment. A student must be nominated by a current faculty or staff member, administrator or student.
The Community-Building Award goes to a student, administrator, staff or faculty member who best demonstrates outstanding leadership by regularly creating events that bring together as many segments of the campus community or maintaining an organization dedicated to community service, charitable fundraising or celebration of College history.
Nominations for both awards must be received by March 5. Email your nominations, with a brief explanation, to Professor David Gerhan of Schaffer Library at gerhand@union.edu.
