Pianist Tim Olsen, associate professor of music and director of the Union College Jazz Ensemble, will perform in a duo with saxophonist Eric Walentowicz at the Bridge Jazz Festival at the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall Friday at 7:30 p.m.
The program also includes French guitarist Pierre Bensusan and Grammy-nominated vocalist Nnenna Freelon. The festival continues Saturday at the Massry Center at the College of St. Rose in Albany with Ellis and Delfeayo Marsalis, the No B.S. Brass Band, and the Arch Stanton Quartet, featuring Roger Noyes '00.
