College to host community forum on racism

Following the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis and the nationwide protests that have occurred in its aftermath, the College will host an interactive panel discussion to examine incidents of racial injustice and explore ways the Union community can respond and continue to learn.

“Racial Injustice: What Can U Do?” will be held Thursday, June 4, at 7 p.m.

Gretchel Hathaway, chief diversity officer

Katherine Lynes, associate professor of English

Jared Zeidman, associate head coach for women's basketball

The panel will be moderated by Fran’Cee Brown-McClure, vice president for Student Affairs and dean of students.
