John Cozzolino is currently an Adjunct Instructor in the Department of Economics at Union College. In January 2026, Cozzolino also assumed the role of Interim Vice President of Finance at the college.
For almost 25 years, Cozzolino served in various financial and strategic planning roles at Albany International Corp. As the company’s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, he oversaw a global team of nearly 100 finance employees, led various strategic planning and capital structure initiatives and was responsible for all cash management activities.
Cozzolino also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Keymark Corporation. While at Keymark, he managed the accounting, purchasing and treasury operations and helped the company achieve a significant expansion of the business.
Cozzolino is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Siena University. He served on the Board of Directors of the Capital Region Sponsor-A-Scholar organization for 8 years.
