Fraternity and Sorority Life
Mission
The mission of Union College’s Fraternity and Sorority Life is to support the co-curricular experience by holistically developing fraternity and sorority leaders through intentional opportunities that enhance their living-learning experience. We aim to create a values-driven environment in which we prepare our students to be socially responsible, civically engaged, agents of change.
Vision
Acknowledging a history of Fraternity and Sorority life that often excluded marginalized groups, our vision is to reimagine the fraternity and sorority experience to challenge societal norms and foster a collaborative community where students matter and belong. We will offer an immersive experience that promotes constructive engagement, reflection, coalition building, and scholastic success at a local and global level, by utilizing our partnerships in the Union and larger communities.
