Gender, Sexuality and Women's Studies Program
Triota
Union College’s Delta Gamma chapter of Iota Iota Iota (Triota), a national honor society for students with a demonstrated interest in women’s and gender studies was established in Spring 2014. Students are invited to become members if they have completed three Gender, Sexuality and Women’s Studies designated courses, including GSW 100, and have a GPA of 3.00 or higher overall and in these courses.
Women's Union
Women’s Union is a student support and action group that encourages campus-wide discussion of issues of importance to women and to achieving gender equality. It organizes activities on campus, which in recent years, have included performances of The Vagina Monologues, speakers, films, workshops, fundraisers for local and international non-profit organizations, and forms of entertainment that address these issues. Meetings are held regularly at the GSWS Suite (RCC 301).

Union Pride (formerly Student Allies for Equality)
Union Pride works to educate the Union community on LGBTQIA+ issues as well as create a supportive network for members and allies of the LGBTQIA+ community. Union Pride brings various music venues, poets and speakers to Union as well as sponsors movies open to the campus concerning LGBTQIA+ issues.
