The Academic Deans and Sponsored Programs Office will review the preliminary proposals, judging each by NSF's merit review criteria (intellectual merit and broader impacts) while taking into consideration Union's institutional and academic priorities. Applicants may be asked to provide additional information needed to clarify plans for the proposed instrumentation. Applicants should be notified of the Deans’ final decision on or before 5 p.m. on Friday, October 6th.
