Aja Belle Schiller '25 recently released her debut short story. “Pigs” revolves around a young girl who finds herself and her identity through friendship and shared culture, based on her Chinese-American transracial adoptee experience in the small town of Snowmass.

Alum joins Albany Med Health System

Albany Med Health System recently announced that Dr. Gregg Meyer '84 has been named senior clinical and strategic advisor. Meyer is a practicing primary care physician and experienced health care executive with expertise in delivery system and payer strategy, clinical medicine, operations, quality improvement, health care information technology, health policy, medical education, and population health.

Octavious Cook ’19 recently became assistant principal of Mont Pleasant Middle School. He brings significant expertise in community and student development, most recently spending three years as the Community School Coordinator at Keane Elementary School.

Alum elected first selectman 

Kevin Christie '98 was recently elected first selectman of Westport, Conn. A former corporate strategy advisor and current member of the Board of Education, he is the first Democrat elected to the town’s highest office since 2009.
