All students at Union College have the opportunity to work one-on-one with a faculty advisor. Based on your interests, we will assign your faculty academic advisor over the summer, and then you will have the opportunity to meet with your advisor when you arrive on campus in the fall.
Your academic advisor will:
- aid your transition to campus life, helping you to identify and pursue your academic interests
- introduce you to curricular requirements, including degree plans, the General Education Curriculum, and the Writing Across the Curriculum program
- introduce you to academic support resources across campus.
If you have any questions about academic advising, academic support resources, curricular requirements, or the course selection process, please contact the Director of Academic Advising.
