The Eugene O'Neill Foundation Travis Bogard Artist in Residence Fellowship Program

Eugene O’Neill’s First Pulitzer Prizes: A Centenary Research Project
Fellow: Dan Venning, assistant professor of theater and dance

Located at the Tao House in Danville, CA, this three-week fellowship will support Venning while he researches and writes articles on Eugene O'Neill's first two Pulitzer Prize-winning plays, Beyond the Horizon and Anna Christie. Additional components of the fellowship include developing a new course to be taught at Union and attending and reviewing local theater productions in the Bay Area.
