Union College Parent, Alumni in Residence (PAIR) Program
The Union College Career Center's Parent, Alumni in Residence (PAIR) program is a way to engage with Union students and assist with preparing them for the future of work. We invite you to mentor, present on a topic, facilitate discussions, workshops and/or a combination thereof. The program allows for flexibility including in-person or virtual meetings, and group presentations or meetings with individual students, or both.

GarnetGrove
GarnetGrove is Union's new career and mentorship platform that will serve to enhance the connection between students and alumni and improve the mentorship process. We hope to empower current students to take charge of their career development by providing access to experienced mentors and valuable resources through GarnetGrove.

Alumni Appointments
Union College Alumni who graduated between June 2017 - June 2024 are eligible to schedule appointments via Handshake. If you have questions about accessing Handshake or appointment availability please email the Career Center.
