Biography

Travis has been a professional Lighting Designer, Production Manager & Technical Director for over 20 years. In that time he has worked at nearly all levels of theatre from small community theaters to regional and LORT theaters and pre-broadway. He has also worked with world class opera and ballet. Throughout his professional career he has designed at some of the most prestigious venues in the country including, Disney Concert Hall, The Hollywood Bowl, Chicago Symphony Hall, Lincoln Center (Out of Doors), Brooklyn Academy of Music and Carnegie Hall. He has mounted productions on four continents and in over a dozen countries. Travis earned his MFA from the University of Idaho & has held previous academic appointments at Southeast Missouri State University, The College of Southern Nevada & Oklahoma State University.
