Congratulations on Graduating!

For June 2023 Graduates: Your Union College email account will be disabled effective June 30, 2024. After that date, the accounts will be locked and scheduled for removal.

To transfer your Union College email account and your Google Documents, please follow Google's link below. Be sure you are only logged into your Union College Google account when following these steps.

NOTE: This will allow you to move existing email to your personal Gmail account. The messages will begin to transfer immediately. However, this may take some time to complete, depending on the amount of email that you have.

If you are interested, the Office of Alumni & Parent Engagement is pleased to offer you the use of an alumni Gmail account with an appropriate username of your choosing.

This alumni Gmail account will not function as a forwarding account from your Union student email. The two accounts will never be connected and you will still need to transfer your emails and documents if you wish to keep them.

To request an account, please email alumni-online@union.edu. Provide your name, student ID number, class year, and requested email username.
