Congratulations on Graduating!
For June 2020 Graduates: Your Union College email account will be disabled effective June 30, 2021. After that date, the accounts will be locked and scheduled for removal.
To transfer your Union College email account and your Google Documents, please follow Google's link below. Be sure you are only logged into your Union College Google account when following these steps.
NOTE: This will allow you to move existing email to your personal Gmail account. The messages will begin to transfer, however this may take some time to complete, depending on the amount of email that you have.
The Office of Alumni & Parent Engagement is pleased to offer you use of a full suite of Google products including an alumni Gmail account with your same union.edu username name (email address).
You will hear directly from the Office of Alumni & Parent Engagement with instructions on how to login and begin using this account. Look for the email with a subject line that reads "Activate your new alumni.union.edu Gmail account".
