Sunsetting systems and tools

Finance Enterprise, the main ERP system that supports Finance, HR and Payroll is the main system being replaced by Workday. In addition, functionality in Workday will replace supporting systems including Kronos, PageUp, and BenefitFocus. In addition, purchase card users will reconcile credit card transactions in Workday instead of Works. Hiring work study students will remain in Handshake, but data about student employees will be imported into Workday.

Our student system, Self Service, will remain to support students' academic activities (advising, registration, academic planning). Information about students will be synchronized with Workday.
