In addition to our Peer Career Advisors, the Career Center employs Front Desk Career Assistants, Marketing & Social Media Career Assistants, and Outreach Career Assistants. Each of these roles plays a vital part in supporting daily operations, promoting our services, and enhancing the overall student experience.
Front Desk Career Assistants
The Front Desk Team sets the tone for every individual who visits the Career Center, including students, faculty, staff, alumni, parents, and employers. From managing appointments and answering phone calls to supporting events and welcoming guests, this team serves as the operational hub of our office. Their professionalism and customer service are essential to advancing the mission of the Career Center.

Marketing and Social Media Career Assistants
The Marketing and Social Media Team develops and shares content that promotes Career Center programs and events. They design flyers and posters displayed throughout the office and campus, and manage social media communications that keep students informed and engaged.

Outreach Career Assistants
The Outreach Team serves as ambassadors for the Career Center and increases awareness of our services across campus. They promote signature programs and events such as the Career Fair and UFN Bootcamp, and encourage students to engage with our resources through GarnetGrove.
