The format for a Union student email address is xxxxxxxx@union.edu, where xxxxxxxx = the first 7 characters of the student's last name plus their first initial. If the student's last name contains fewer than 7 characters, then it's simply the last name and first initial. Occasionally, due to common names, a number may be added to the email address to make the distinction.

The mailroom is located on the first floor of the Reamer Campus Center. The mail counter is open 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday for sending and picking up packages or special delivery mail. A full range of U.S. postal services is provided, including UPS, FedEx, FedEx Ground and DHL.

When students receive a package, they are notified with a "Package Slip" in their mailbox. It is the responsibility of each student to pick up the package within a reasonable time. Please do not send cash to a student's campus mailbox since the College is not responsible for missing funds.
