Library Hours

In an effort to provide you with convenient access to our services, we have partnered with our Schaffer Library colleagues to secure space at the end of the circulation desk. We are confident that our new location will offer you greater flexibility when our assistance is needed.

The Help Desk will be staffed from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. We remain available by phone at (518) 388-6400 and email at helpdesk@union.edu.

USTAR (Union Student Technical Assistance Resources) is Union’s student-focused tech support desk. We provide support for many tech issues students may face, including connecting to the college WiFi, removing viruses, installing software for classes, and some hardware issues when not covered under warranty.
