“Manifestos for Theatre and Nation”

Dan Venning, Assistant Professor of Theater and Dance, recently published an article, “Manifestos for Theatre and Nation” in PAJ: A Journal of Performance and Art. The article examines Julian Rosefeldt’s “Manifesto,” a thirteen-screen film installation starring Cate Blanchett, which appeared at the Park Avenue Armory in NYC in 2016-17.
