2025 - 2026 Greek Roster Timeline
In similarity to our other student residences on campus, our students who live in their Greek Houses begin their next academic year housing process during the winter term. The first step to securing housing in a Greek House is for affiliated students to complete their General Housing Registration form in their student housing portal. In the General Housing Registration form, students will have the opportunity to indicate their desire to live in their Greek house. Please note that indicating or not indicating a desire to live in Greek Housing does not guarantee a student will or will not be placed in Greek Housing for the 2025-2026 academic year.
After the Housing Registration form closes individual chapter leadership will work to determine rosters for each of their respective houses. They will then submit their rosters to their professional Greek life team for review. Once reviewed the Greek life team works with the housing office to formally assign students to their Greek house for the 2025-2026 academic year.
All Greek assignments will be formally released in each student's housing portal by February 14th, 2025. If a student is assigned to their Greek house, they are not eligible to participate in any other room selection processes for the 2025-2026 academic year.
Greek Housing, Roster Based Living & Occupancy Requirements
Greek Houses are roster-based living areas. This means that individuals associated with these organizations must meet specific requirements and/or be organizational members to live in these spaces.
If you are a member of a Greek Organization that has an on-campus house, your chapter leadership and house manager will work to determine the members assigned to live in their applicable chapter house. All Greek organizations are required to maintain a 92% occupancy rate over the course of the academic year. Additionally, all members of Greek organizations whose chapter has on-campus housing are required to live in their chapter house for a minimum of 3 terms.
