Greek Housing & Roster Based Living
Greek Houses are roster based living areas. This means that individuals associated with these organizations must meet specific requirements and/or be organizational members to live in these spaces. Although Greek Houses are roster based organizations, any students interested or planning to live in their Greek communities must still complete their Housing Registration Form before the due date.
Occupancy Requirement & Housing Assignment Determination
If you are a member of a Greek Organization that has an on campus house, your chapter leadership and house manager will work to determine the members assigned to live in their applicable chapter house. All Greek organizations are required to maintain a 92% occupancy rate over the course of the academic year. Once included on the submitted roster, students are locked into their Greek House assignment and will not be permitted to participate in any room selection processes.
