Room Condition Reporting

Your Room Condition Report (RCR) is a form that you, as a student, complete. It describes the physical condition of your room when you move in. Your room condition report can be completed using the form below for your residential building.

Residential Education & Housing staff have gone through and inspected the condition of your room before you arrive; now it is your turn! While the completion of this form is optional, as a resident living in the space, it is vital for you to also inspect the condition of your room. A copy of your RCR will be emailed to you once the form is completed.

We recommend you complete this form before settling into your space. We will use this form to fairly assess damages, if any, at the end of the year.

RCRs must be completed within 5 days of moving into a new space.
