Jan 5th	First Day of Classes. Housing Registration and Returning Commuter Exemption Forms Open
Jan 16th	Student Staff Applications Due
Jan. 19th (Week 3)	Housing Freeze Lifted and Room Changes Available
Jan 30st	All Housing Registration Forms Close
Feb 9th	Initial Housing-Based Rosters Due
Week 6	Senior Off Campus Release Notifications
Feb 16th	Returning Application Available for Returning and Abroad Students
Feb 18th	Minerva Housing Selection
Feb 23th - Feb 25th (Week 8)	Returning Student Housing Selection
March 20st	Residence Halls Close at 12 PM for Spring Break

Spring 2026 Housing Calendar

March 29th	Residence Halls Open for Spring Term
March 30th	First Day of Classes
April. 13th (Week 3)	Housing Freeze Lifted and Room Changes Available, Summer Housing Application Opens
April 20st (Week 4)	Life Safety Room Inspections begin
May 15th (Week 7)	Summer Housing Application Closes
June 1st	First Year Housing Application Opens
June 12th	Residence Halls Close for Non-Seniors at 12 PM (Students must leave within 24 hours of their last final exam)
June 15th	Residence Halls Close for All Non-Summer Students at 10 AM
June 18th-19th	Summer Students Begin Transitioning to Summer Housing Locations

April 13th	Summer Housing Application Opens
May 15th	Summer Housing Application Closes
June 1st	Summer Housing Assignments Released
June 12th	Residence halls close for all students not participating in graduation or summer housing
June 15th	Residence halls close for all students not participating in summer housing
June 18th-19th	Students transition in summer housing assignments
August 7th	Summer Move Out or Students transition into fall housing assignments

Nov. 5th	Returning Student Application Closes
Nov. 25th	Residence Halls Close at 12 PM (Student must leave within 24 hours of their last final exam)
