Location: Northwest side of campus, on the corner of Seward Pl. and Nott St.

Size: 136 first-year students on four floors
Format: Single-gender by floor
Room options: Doubles and a few singles
Room dimensions: Varies from 10.5' x 10' to 15' x 12'

  • Extra-long twin bed, set of drawers, closet, desk and chair (one per resident)
  • Wi-Fi / Ethernet hook-up

  • Lounge on lower level with large-screen TV and DVD player, pool/ping pong table, foosball table, study tables, whiteboards, and comfy furniture

Uniquely Richmond:

Richmond House is named for Dr. Charles A. Richmond, president of Union from 1909-1928. A medical room is available in this hall to accommodate students in need of a private, clean recovery area.
